Jeff's family comes to visit.

Sarah's family came to visit us back in early July, and my family, or part of them, paid us a visit around the middle of August for a quick weekend visit. Since it was so short, we only had a little time to show them the ropes. We went to this nice little indoor market where they have ethnic foods from all over set up like a mall cafe.

On Saturday we took them into San Francisco to go to Fisherman's Warf. We had a great time there with perfect weather, if not for the hazy skies from the San Jose forest fires. We ate lots of taffy, went to Ghirardelli Square and had us some yummy chocolate and ice cream. We were lucky enough to also get onto the deck with some old ships. They even had free admissions for the day to tour the old boats and ships. We also ran into the same tin man that Sarah's dad and sister got a picture in front of, but as of now he won't allow pictures to be taken of him unless you pay him. Too bad. But we sat just a few feet from him and ate some great seafood. That evening my parents took us to Babies R' Us and bought us a car seat. It is wonderful, thank you so much.

On Sunday they went to church with us, and we just hung out and played games till late that night. All in all, it was a fun trip and it was great to see the family.

The ladies were real excited to get in.

I think that Nicole wanted to push me in.

What a fun visit! We really need to come up and see more than just the Golden Gate. Next time we'll have to see all of the sights and hang out with you. It'd be fun to have you guys give us a tour too, you're probably getting good at it. :)
